Nadine has been an Oak Park resident for more than 15 years and is the parent of two sons who are active in music. She has a background in Anthropology and Public Health and is a faculty member in Community Health Sciences at the UIC School of Public Health where she teaches and conducts research centered on qualitative research and the health of women, children and families. Her volunteer activities include service on the Oak Park Township Community Mental Health Board, the Guttmacher Institute (a national organization focused on reproductive health and rights), and a science advisory panel for the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancies. She joined the PING! board in 2009.
